According to media.fcanorthamerica.com, “with the mission of cultivating, planting and growing its Indiana workforce, FCA US officially celebrated the opening of two new training facilities in the Hoosier state during a ceremony today at the World Class Manufacturing Academy…World Class Manufacturing (WCM) is a methodology that focuses on eliminating wast, and improving quality and safety in a systematic and organized way.” $2.1 million is invested in this training that is built to indoctrinate this methodology to over 1,500 employees a year as it feeds both Indiana plants in Tipton and Kokomo.
